高铁车站接运公交时刻表与车辆调度综合优化

摘要:

优化高铁站接运公交时刻表和车辆调度,可疏散更多高铁客流密集到达期间高铁站的积聚客流,并有效减少因无法及时换乘接运公交而产生的公交流失客流。以流失乘客数最少、使用的公交车辆数最少为目标,并考虑车辆满载率、乘客等待时间、最大可用公交车辆数、最大流失乘客数等约束条件,建立高铁站接运公交时刻表与车辆调度多目标综合优化模型,并设计带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)求解模型。最后,以某高铁站接运公交线路的时刻表与车辆调度综合优化为例,验证了模型与算法的正确性与有效性。结果表明:所提出的方法可以在较短的时间内获得多个高铁站接运公交时刻表与车辆调度综合优化方案,供决策者选择。

Optimization of feeder bus timetabling and vehicle scheduling for high-speed railway terminals can evacuate more passengers around high-speed railway terminals and effectively reduce the loss of passengers for public transport caused by inability to transfer from high-speed railways to feeder buses in time. With minimum number of lost passengers and minimum number of buses as the objectives, and considering the load factor, passenger waiting time, maximum number of ava狗万要实名制ilable buses and maximum number of lost passengers as the constraints, a multi-objective model of feeder bus timetabling and vehicle scheduling was proposed, and the elitist non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-) was designed to solve the model. At last, the correctness and validity of the model and algorithm were verified by the numerical example of feeder bus timetabling and vehicle scheduling for a high-speed railway terminal. The results show that the proposed method can obtain a number of solutions of the optimization of feeder bus timetabling and vehicle scheduling for high-speed railway terminals in a short time.
