单相级联H桥整流器无锁相环瞬态直接电流控制

摘要:

无工频变压器牵引传动系统是高速动车组轻量化的发展趋势。以无工频变压器牵引传动系统前端单相级联H桥整流器为研究对象,取消了网侧电压锁相环,实现网侧电流实时跟踪网侧电压为目的,建立了单相级联H桥整流器的数学模型;根据瞬时有功电流的定义,提出了一种无锁相环瞬态直接电流控制方法,实现了非理想电网电压情况下网侧电流对电压的实时准确跟踪控制;并在此基础上,提出了无锁相环直流侧电容电压均衡控制方法,解决了负载不平衡时直流侧电容电压不平衡的问题。最后,对所提出的无锁相环瞬态直流电流控制方法进行了计算机仿真,仿真结狗万要实名制果验证了该算法的正确性和有效性。

Transformerless traction drive system is the trend of lightweight development of high-speed railway train. In order to implement voltage tracking control by current of the front-end single phase cascaded H-bridge rectifier without phase-locked loop (PLL), a single phase cascaded H-bridge rectifier was modeled with mathematic expressions. According to the definition of instantaneous active current, a transient direct current control method without PLL was proposed to implement the real-time tracking of the grid current to the grid voltage under the condition of non-ideal grid voltage. On the basis of this, a DC-link voltage balancing control method without PLL was proposed to solve the unbalance of DC-link capacitor voltages caused by the load imbalance. Finally, the proposed transient direct current control method without PLL was verified in simulation, and the simulation has verified the correctness and validity of the method.
