二重化两电平与三电平整流器等效关系的证明

摘要:

针对目前动车组整流器归一化过程中缺少理论证明的问题,提出二重化两电平与三电平整流器的等效证明方法,基于傅里叶级数和贝塞尔函数,推导了二重化两电平整流器的开关函数表达式,证明了二重化两电平和单相三电平整流器在开关函数、交流侧电压及其谐狗万要实名制波分布、直流侧电压的等效性,并考虑了死区效应对等效性的影响。计算和仿真结果表明:在调制波信号反相的条件下,二重化两电平与单相三电平整流器的交流侧电压与谐波分布规律相同,直流侧电压在额定工况、轻载和重载时亦能与给定电压值保持一致,电压波动在3%之内,死区效应不影响2种整流器的等效关系。通过对2种整流器等效性的理论证明,为2种整流器的选择提供理论支撑。

In view of the lack of theoretical proof in the normalization process of EMU rectifiers, this paper proposed an equivalent proof method of the two interlaced two-level and three level rectifiers. The mathematic expression of the switching function of two interlaced two-level rectifier was derived by Fourier series and Bessel function. Based on that, the equivalence between two interlaced two-level and three-level rectifiers was proved, from the aspects of the switching function, the voltage at grid side and harmonic distribution and the DC side voltage, respectively. Meanwhile the influence of dead time on the equivalence was also considered. The calculation and simulation results show that under the condition of the phase inversion of the modulated wave signals, the grid side voltages and their harmonic distributions are identical for the interlaced two-level rectifiers and the single phase three level rectifier, respectively. The DC side voltage can also be consistent with a given voltage value under the rated load, light load an狗万要实名制d heavy loads. The voltage fluctuation is within 3% for the two kinds of rectifiers. The dead time does not affect the equivalent relationship between the two kinds of rectifiers. In this paper, we prove the equivalence of two kinds of rectifiers, and provide theoretical support for the selection of two kinds of rectifiers.
